LiveProfile Overwhelmed with BlackBerry Users – Updated to v1.0.2

Many of our readers let us know that LiveProfile is getting inundated with BlackBerry users now that they have opened up compatibility. From what I have seen their cross platform messenger is nothing amazing but does have a nicer visual polish compared to the others. They are currently performing "major emergency upgrades" since their system has hit capacity. According to their blog they saw 277,341 new users yesterday which is impressive.

They are taking the necessary steps to bring things back down to normal but have suspended downloads for the BlackBerry client a few times. They have also released a new version 1.0.2 of the LiveProfile for BlackBerry app. This new version patches bugs including the profile pictures, notification bugs, speed increases, stability improvements, and more. They have fixed the profile pictures the "update appears to be complicated" whatever that means. According to LiveProfile you need to perform these steps to update your profile:

Click on photos, click up until you see media card and device memory, go to media card -> BlackBerry -> Pictures (scroll down a bit) and now you should see your pictures.
